Domville, Cherrywood

Construction is underway on Phase 1 of this suburban development of three and four bedroom houses, and one, two and three bedroom apartments in Cherrywood, Dublin, which will see 322 units completed of an overall 2,000 units.

Located in South Dublin, Domville is situated in within the Cherrywood Strategic Development Zone (SDZ), which is currently one of the largest urban developments in Europe. Originally a combination of a partially developed site and farmland, the Cherrywood lands are being transformed into a high-density suburban centre and will be delivered on a phased basis.
