Tower Hotel, Waterford

In the heart of Waterford city, overlooking the marina, the Tower Hotel & Leisure Centre offers the city’s most central location, on the doorstep of Reginald’s Tower and the vibrant Viking Triangle.

After a phased remodelling and renovation of the hotel in 2018, which included a transformation of the hotel reception and main bar, and the addition of a new restaurant overlooking Waterford quays and marina, the hotel moved from its 3 star Failte Ireland status, to 4 star in January 2020.

Planning permission is now being sought for the next phase of the development, that being the construction of a new 4 storey extension to the hotel, fronting Rose Lane and consisting of 21 new guest bedrooms and additional meeting rooms, making the Tower Hotel a 155 key hotel.
